Senior Accountant

Position Title: Senior Accountant Location: Tualatin, OR Employment Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Full Time Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 a year Responsibilities:

• Conducting yearly close activities, including month, quarter, and year-end closing
• Reconciling various accounts, such as financial statements, journal entries, bank accounts, balance sheets, credit cards, fixed assets, prepaids, and accrued liabilities
• Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• Conducting analyses of sales, trends, revenue, and other financial metrics
• Working with big data files in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, IFTHEN formulas

Qualifications:

• Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification is a plus)
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level accounting position
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices
• Experience with a variety of ERP software platforms
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, publicly traded company preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Advanced), Word, and Outlook
