Job Description
Location: Tucson or Phoenix area
Salary Range: 85-90k + Bonus Plan
Setting: Onsite (Hybrid 1-2 days/week once established)

Are you passionate about finance and ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all financial transactions—accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and journal entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports that inform key business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State financial regulations through rigorous record-keeping and audits.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to set accounting priorities and strategic financial goals.
- Lead the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts, resolving discrepancies swiftly.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide future growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- QuickBooks experience is required, CLIO is preferred
- Professional Services Experience (Law/public accounting/other)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Experience with payroll processing and accounts receivable/payable management.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Comfort working with confidential information and external auditors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bonus: Experience with ERP systems and legal terminology.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
