LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team at a leading manufacturing company in Tucson.


The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to executives and department managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.


  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.


  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.


  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.


  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.


  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.


  • Support HR with onboarding processes, employee records, and other related tasks.


  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.


  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent


  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Compensation: pay range is $18/hr – $20/hr depending on experience
