LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Tucson, AZ that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time onsite Monday through Friday position. Pay range depending on experience is $17.00-$20.00 per hour.

Job duties include:

High volume inbound calls

Outbound calls

Data entry into company database

Verification of customer information

Email and Que management

Documentation management

Upload, scan, copy, file management

And other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

1+ year of Call Center Customer Service experience

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, not required

Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
