LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in a construction or manufacturing setting. This is a growing company in Tucson. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their project journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.

  • Manage and resolve customer issues or concerns, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution.

  • Coordinate with project managers and other teams to relay client needs and ensure project requirements are met.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including communication logs, service requests, and feedback.

  • Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up on customer inquiries.

  • Process customer orders, service requests, and payments accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the customer service team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Fully in office! Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Compensation: pay range is $17/hr – $19/hr depending on experience



Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
