LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a corporate office in Tucson, AZ that is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team! This position is full-time Monday through Friday $21-$24 per hour depending on prior experience.


The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR department in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.


  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.


  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.


  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.


  • Coordinate employee training programs and track participation and completion.


  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


  • Help organize company events, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and other employee engagement initiatives.


  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role or administrative position, preferably in Human Resources.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.


  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
