What You'll Be Doing

• Provide guidance to patients regarding their financial responsibilities pertaining to the services in the facility.
• Asses patient's financial abilities and determine their ability to pay for services.
• Advise and educate patients on insurance benefits and financial liability.
• Collects payments or negotiate payment arrangements when needed.
• Perform accurate and timely verification of insurance benefits.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare collections or a related field required.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime required.
