Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Tucson, AZ that is looking to hire a full-time in-office Front Desk/Receptionist to join the team. Pay range is $18-$21 per hour depending on prior experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of Front Desk/Receptionist experience to qualify and will be the first point of contact for the company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
