Sales Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialist: Location: Tukwila, WA Length: Direct Hire LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, with a strong focus on quoting and order processing. A background in logistics would be advantageous for managing post-sales tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests related to pricing, product information, and quotations.
• Prepare and generate accurate quotes based on customer specifications and pricing guidelines.
• Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Assist in resolving post-sales issues, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales support role, with a focus on quoting and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively.
• Background in logistics or familiarity with post-sales management tasks is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
