- Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests related to pricing, product information, and quotations.
- Prepare and generate accurate quotes based on customer specifications and pricing guidelines.
- Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist in resolving post-sales issues, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in a sales support role, with a focus on quoting and order processing.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively.
- Background in logistics or familiarity with post-sales management tasks is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
