Administrative & Accounting Assistant - Part time role in Tulsa, OK
This is a great part time job with a stable employer! In this role you will handle administrative support in a business casual office setting. This is an onsite, daytime role - 20-25 hours per week.
Duties include:
Manage schedules, prepare presentations, and assist with correspondence
Answer a multi-line phone and greet guests/visitors
Assist the human resource team with event coordination and other administrative duties
Order office supplies
Assist with accounts payable and receivable duties
Qualifications:
Must be dependable and organized with strong customer service skills
Some college coursework preferred
Must have 3+ years of recent administrative experience
Knowledge MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
