Administrative & Accounting Assistant - Part time role in Tulsa, OK


This is a great part time job with a stable employer! In this role you will handle administrative support in a business casual office setting. This is an onsite, daytime role - 20-25 hours per week.


Duties include:



  • Manage schedules, prepare presentations, and assist with correspondence


  • Answer a multi-line phone and greet guests/visitors


  • Assist the human resource team with event coordination and other administrative duties


  • Order office supplies


  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable duties


Qualifications:



  • Must be dependable and organized with strong customer service skills


  • Some college coursework preferred


  • Must have 3+ years of recent administrative experience


  • Knowledge MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
