We are seeking a detailed Accounting Specialist to handle billing and collections duties. You may assist with some accounts payable tasks as well. This is an onsite role in a small, friendly office atmosphere. This is a business casual office where you will work Mon-Fri from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain customer data in the accounting system

• Process customer invoices

• Reconcile invoices

• Payment posting

• Collection calls (Business to business)

• Assist with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent and related accounting experience

• Exposure to QuickBooks a plus, but not required

• Knowledge of MS Excel required
