Excellent opportunity with a stable Tulsa employer for an Accounting Specialist with experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is a permanent (direct hire) accounting job in a business casual office setting. Work with a friendly team while assisting with a variety of tasks in a small office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Billing and entering invoices
Reconcile accounts
Review and analyze accounting transactions and statements
Prepare monthly reports
Cross train on accounts payable duties
Qualifications:
3+ years of recent experience handling accounts payable or accounts receivable duties
Experience with ERP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics GP preferred
Must have strong Excel skills
Good multi-tasking required to work in a small organization where you handle a mix of duties

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
