A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support its Accounting team. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code and process invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.

  • Handle vendor communications via phone and email.

  • Prepare purchase order requisitions and match POs to invoices.

  • Investigate and resolve invoice and PO discrepancies.

  • Process check runs, ACH, and wire transfers.

  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close.

  • Maintain accurate records and respond to account inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience.

  • Strong data entry skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Must be able to work full time in an onsite role.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
