Accountant / Office Manager - Tulsa, OK

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional for a hands-on role with a small office in Tulsa, OK. If you enjoy assisting with a variety of tasks, this job may be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution for less than 50 employees.

  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.

  • Perform reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Month end and year end close.

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • HR support including onboarding and benefits coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience handling bookkeeping/accounting duties.

  • Exposure to human resources preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive environment in an onsite role.
