Accountant / Office Manager - Tulsa, OK
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional for a hands-on role with a small office in Tulsa, OK. If you enjoy assisting with a variety of tasks, this job may be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution for less than 50 employees.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
Perform reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Month end and year end close.
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
HR support including onboarding and benefits coordination.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience handling bookkeeping/accounting duties.
Exposure to human resources preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative and positive environment in an onsite role.
