We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join an outstanding Tulsa employer!

Responsibilities:

Post payments and refund accounts

Invoicing, producing statements, and handling financial aid transmittal

Perform journal entries and reconciliation for general ledger accounts.

Credit card reconciliations

Provide student financial advising

Create spreadsheets and various schedules for reporting and month end close

Assist with monthly endowment and investment journal entries

Work with outside collection agencies to receive payment on past due balances and record them to the general ledger

Manage loan accounts and outside agency communications on loan reporting and collection of payments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent education/experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Attentiveness to detail

Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks

Excellent customer service skills

Accounts receivable and/or financial aid experience in the education industry a plus
