A growing organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support its Accounting team. This role focuses on invoicing, collections, payment processing, and financial reporting to ensure strong cash flow and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send invoices.

  • Apply payments accurately and collect on overdue accounts.

  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.

  • Maintain AR aging reports and support month-end close.

  • Ensure sales tax compliance and assist with process improvements.

  • Reconciliations and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent and related experience

  • Intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create spreadsheets).

  • Must be available to work full time in an onsite role.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
