Administrative - Title Specialist
Excellent Direct Hire / Permanent opening for a Title Specialist with a growing company in Tulsa, OK! This is an onsite role that requires strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Duties include:
Enter, track and maintain vehicle information
Process paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewals
Validate invoices for payment and partner with vendors
Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience working with vehicle titles and/or registration
Knowledge of DMV or title regulations preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic with the ability to work onsite, Monday- Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
