Administrative - Title Specialist

Excellent Direct Hire / Permanent opening for a Title Specialist with a growing company in Tulsa, OK! This is an onsite role that requires strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Duties include:

  • Enter, track and maintain vehicle information

  • Process paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewals

  • Validate invoices for payment and partner with vendors

  • Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with vehicle titles and/or registration

  • Knowledge of DMV or title regulations preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work onsite, Monday- Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
