In this role, you’ll support contract coordination, maintain compliance documents, and assist with tracking projects. This is a full-time, onsite job in Tulsa, Ok. Direct hire - Permanent!!

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and coordinate meetings

Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation

Draft contracts and renewals

Maintain files and track compliance

Monitor projects and bids

Perform high-level administrative duties

Qualifications

5+ years of experience handling administrative duties with exposure to contracts and/or project coordination/tracking

Experience in construction or similar industry preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Must be organized and self-motivated

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
