Join a growing team where your attention to detail and organization skills will keep construction projects on track. In this role, you’ll support contract coordination, maintain compliance documents, and assist with tracking projects. This is a full-time, onsite job in Tulsa, Ok. Direct hire - Permanent!!
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
Draft contracts and renewals
Maintain files and track compliance
Monitor projects and bids
Perform high-level administrative duties
Qualifications
5+ years of experience handling administrative duties with exposure to contracts and/or project coordination/tracking
Experience in construction or similar industry preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be organized and self-motivated
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
