Front desk | Administrative Assistant

Great opportunity in Tulsa, OK for an Administrative Assistant who will answer phones and greet visitors!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and light clerical tasks.

  • Answer phones (10-line phone) and direct calls.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.

  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Must be dependable and able to work onsite from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday



Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
