Front desk | Administrative Assistant
Great opportunity in Tulsa, OK for an Administrative Assistant who will answer phones and greet visitors!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and light clerical tasks.
Answer phones (10-line phone) and direct calls.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Must be dependable and able to work onsite from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
