Policy Associate - Administrative job in Tulsa, OK

This role focuses on insurance policy submittal and policy owner services, ensuring accurate processing and excellent customer service. This is a full time, onsite role in Tulsa (Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm.)

Essential Functions:

Review and input applications

Prepare contract endorsements, amendments, and good health statements

Assemble and mail contracts

Process policy owner service requests including address changes, beneficiary changes, and other updates

Provide customer service to employer groups, insured individuals, and agents

Process returned mail

Special projects and administrative duties as needed

Support marketing team and agents with policy questions and reports

Employment Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in an administrative role

Experience in insurance or financial services industries a plus

Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel required

Fast and accurate data entry skills are needed



Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
