Part time HR Assistant
Seeking a human resource assistant to help with onboarding and coordination of employee records. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who is interested in working about 25 hours each week. This position will work during the day, between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm, Monday-Friday. There is some flexibility to the schedule and the dress code is business casual. You will work onsite at lest two days a week in Tulsa, OK.
Duties:
Manage onboarding for new hires, including background and drug screens
Maintain accurate employee records
Administer and monitor training
Support various HR projects
Help with employment verifications
Assist with payroll
Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite/Google sheets/docs)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Stable background assisting in human resources or payroll required
Able to multi-task
Must be able to maintain confidential information
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
