Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist

Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Temporary

About Us: LHH is supporting our dynamic client in the real estate/building industry. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service to their clients and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. They are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team.

Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in the real estate or building industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Keep the reception area clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Monitor and distribute courier deliveries promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.

  • Deliver to/pick up from agents, attorneys, clients, etc., as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience in the real estate or building industry is a plus but not required.



Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
