Position: Receptionist
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Temp (through August)
Hourly Rate: $18.00

About the Role: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Client on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for business visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet Business Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.

· Answer Incoming Phone Calls: Handle and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

· Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

· Monitor and Distribute Courier Deliveries: Receive and distribute courier deliveries promptly.

· Manage Office Supplies: Maintain and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.

· Assist with Deliveries and Pickups: Deliver to and pick up from agents, attorneys, clients, etc., as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Professional and friendly demeanor.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).



Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
