Accounts Payable Specialist - Twinsburg, Ohio
Are you a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity in Twinsburg, Ohio? Responsibilities:
Perform accounts payable invoicing and data entry
Process up to 100 invoices daily
Conduct 3-way matching
Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Reconcile internal credit card transactions as needed
Provide ideas to streamline the accounts payable process
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and account issues
Handle expense reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience
Strong verbal and written customer service skills
Consistent job history
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
Pay: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, flexible hours
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
