The IT Support Specialist (ERP & Systems Support Specialist) will be responsible for hands on support, solutions, and expertise to the ERP end-users within all modules of D365 and its applications. This role will also provide assistance with other IT needs for assigned location(s). On-site in Union City, CA (five days a week) Green Card and US Citizens only no C2C! $100,000-$120,000

Top requirements for submittal:

  • 3+ years of support experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Ideal candidates will consider themselves a MS D365 subject matter expert
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Customer Support
  • 1+ years of experience with conducting functional testing, writing and executing test scripts and bug reports
  • 1+ years of experience Azure DevOps
  • 1+ years of experience in a “job shop” environment (a job shop = a manufacturing environment where skilled workers use machines to produce custom or semi-custom products in small batches to meet client specifications)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and resolve issues with competing priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ERP System Experience and/or solid understanding on an ERP system functionality (provide details)
  • Experience working with Power Apps
  • Microsoft certifications in D365

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a tier 2 / tier 3 support team in a D365, or equivalent cloud-based ERP, operating environment
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Provide technical support to business and manufacturing end-users
  • Assist with any technical tasks required of development testing prior to deployment in collaboration with the D365 Implementation Team
  • Work closely with system users to solve daily issues and/or errors that are related to system hardware/software configuration needs, system enhancements, & post implementation support
  • Escalate queries for development to business consultants as required
  • Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues
  • Troubleshooting and support of label printers, mobile computers, PCs, and tablets accessing D365


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
