Part-Time Administrative Assistant Hours: 20 hours a week, M-F (Flexible hours)

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. This position will require approximately 20 hours per week, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in managing office operations by handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.


  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.


  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings or events as needed.


  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.


  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.


  • Provide general administrative support to team members and management.


  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer skills.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.


  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


  • Experience in bookkeeping or familiarity with accounting software is a plus.


Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is preferred.


  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role.


  • Previous experience working part-time or in a flexible schedule environment is advantageous.


Working Hours and Compensation:



  • This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week.


  • Flexible schedule within regular business hours (e.g., morning or afternoon shifts).
