LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a creative and driven Development Specialist to support our client’s organization’s growth through strategic fundraising, marketing, and event initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building relationships and advancing mission-driven goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual fundraising strategies, including donor cultivation, stewardship, and grant writing.

• Manage donor databases, track contributions, and ensure timely acknowledgments and reporting.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising and community engagement events, including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and volunteer coordination.

• Create and implement marketing campaigns to support fundraising and event efforts, including content creation for newsletters, social media, press releases, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

• Analyze marketing and fundraising data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance engagement and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or event planning.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Hours:

• 9:00am-5:00pm

• Monday through Friday
