LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our client’s growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in FMLA administration, employee onboarding, and recruiting, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As an HR Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. You will manage FMLA and other leave processes, guiding employees through their options and maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, you’ll lead and support full-cycle recruitment efforts—from posting jobs and screening applicants to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and track employee leave requests, including FMLA, ensuring compliance with all regulations
Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer letters
Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and staffing goals
Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and systems setup
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees during the onboarding process
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files
Support HR projects and process improvements as needed
Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee inquiries
Qualifications:
2+ years of HR experience with focus on FMLA, recruiting, and onboarding
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $30.00-$33.00 per hour DOE
