LHH is partnering with a well-known company in Vancouver, WA, that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in accounts payable and strong software experience. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to work with a strong team. Below are more details.
In this role, you will:
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues
Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations as needed
Process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring proper coding and approvals
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
To be a fit, you must have:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
