LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Family Law Paralegal for our client in Vancouver, WA. This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This role works within a fun team that supports one another!

The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys with high asset/high conflict family law cases, including preparing legal documentation, interviewing clients and witnesses, performing legal research, and managing case files. This role would be a great fit for an applicant with Washington state family law experience and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare legal documentation and process transactions for assigned attorneys

· Draft legal pleadings, discovery summaries, and responses

· Perform client and witness interviews

· Compile and summarize information from legal research

· Perform investigations to respond to litigation discoveries and inquiries

· Prepare trial binders, trial exhibits, and instructions

· Attend trials

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys with high conflict and high asset family law cases

· Washington state and family law experience required

· ABA-approved paralegal certification or equivalent preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment

· Excellent attention to detail
