$62,000.00 - $90,000.00 per Year
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in preparing legal documents and facilitating transactions
- Conduct client and expert witness interviews to gather relevant case information
- Draft a wide range of legal documents, including discovery and summary judgment motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence
- Investigate and collect facts to address discovery requests and legal inquiries
- Conduct legal research, compile data, and provide detailed analysis to support casework
- Organize and manage legal files for up to 100 active cases, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping
- Assist in case preparation at every stage, including discovery, trial, and post-trial activities
- Attend trials, prepare jury instructions, organize trial binders, and manage exhibits
- Provide general administrative, ensuring legal files are properly maintained and updated
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience handling high-conflict and high-asset family law cases
- ABA-approved paralegal certification required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience filing in Washington (Clark County preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Centerbase (preferred)
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
- Versatile and adaptable
- Strong research abilities and demonstrated expertise in legal analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
