Responsibilities:
Full scope HR responsibilities for industrial manufacturing plant location of ~300 employees
Partner with plant leadership on employee and labor relations, engagement and retention initiatives
Implement larger corporate HR initiatives, tailoring to local environment
Work with supervisors and managers on training, performance management, succession planning and other employee strategies
Collaborate with recruiting team on open positions and new hire onboarding
Manage HRIS, benefits administration, and compensation adjustments
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of current or recent experience working in a manufacturing environment required
Skills:
Union / labor relations experience
Provide and receive direct communication and action items for follow up
About the role:
Full Time, Direct Hire
Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p; 100% on site
Comp / Benefits – 100-115K DOE; bonus potential up to 15%, employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
