LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a National organization to find an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, with a focus on benefits. This individual will be on-site 100% of the time in Vancouver, WA. Our client offers very competitive benefits including a 401K + Match, annual bonus, an on-site gym, and M/D/V. This role will pay $68,000-$80,000, DOE.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

• Conduct performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Support training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience

• Experience working in a high-volume HR environment required
