Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and provide both tactical and strategic support across all HR functions. This role is pivotal in driving our organizational success and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and support long-term growth.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers, and support employee development initiatives.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and conduct market analysis to ensure competitive offerings.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
