Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Vancouver, WA- Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing leave processes including implementing and managing. In addition, this individual will be responsible for managing additional HR processes including, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and being a POC for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
● 60% Leaves Administration at a multi-state level
● Support with onboarding process for new employees
● Be a point of contact for general employees to answer questions as it relates to human resources
● This individual will aid in HR administration support including HRIS management and data maintenance
● Backup support for HR Managers as needed
● For this role, there will be no added recruiting or payroll duties
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of Human Resources experience
● Experience with leave management at a multistate level preferably
● Needing someone who enjoys working independently and self-motivated

● Compensation: $75-95k, DOE
