Title: Leasing Agent
Location: Onsite in Vancouver, Washington
Contract Duration: 1-3 months
Work Hours: Part-Time, Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. This position is onsite in Vancouver, Washington, and requires availability from Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Tours: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features and amenities.
- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Leasing Process: Assist with the leasing process, including application processing, lease agreements, and move-in procedures.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including online listings, social media, and community outreach.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage leasing office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work onsite in Vancouver, Washington, from Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
