LHH has partnered with a stand out firm who is looking for their next great Paralegal!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit requests for approval from Division to Region/Corporate on Purchase and Sale Agreements, Earnest Money Releases, Subordination Agreements, and issuance of contractual Notice of Suitability that align with the terms of the contract and are supported by financial and legal documents
Prepare purchase of sale agreements and amendments
Coordination of communication between multiple parties while maintaining deadlines
Drafting and review of closing documents and settlement statements
Host division meetings between various departments
Request and analyze title commitments
Analyze deeds, surveys, site plans, easements, HOA/CC&R documents
Management over electronic filing systems for project work
Experience:
2+ years as a paralegal, real estate work is an added bonus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Prioritization of deadlines and ability to pivot between tasks
Budgeting
Role Details:
On-site, Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
