Bilingual Residential Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Residential Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in Ventura, CA. This role will be a direct hire opportunity and will be field-based work, with admin duties being performed in office throughout the week. This position is assisting our client's program participants with obtaining more stable housing, as well as immediate medical needs, documentation, and supporting them with resources to achieve ISP goals. As mentioned prior, this will be a blend of field and in-office work and interested candidates are required to be bilingual English/Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Minimum 2 years of case management/social work required

• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• Proficient in different software systems including Microsoft Office

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt and be flexible where needed

• Strong organization and prioritizing skills

• Able to work well with others and be compassionate and empathetic while maintaining professional boundaries

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• Excellent attention to detail
