Title: HR Generalist

Location: Near Ventura

Schedule: Monday-Friday (hybrid)

Pay: $36-$38 DOE

Job duties:

  1. Execute HR business process transactions in systems such as Workday, supporting both global and regional operational needs.

  2. Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures to resolve routine inquiries, escalating complex issues to Centers of Excellence as necessary.

  3. Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in alignment with defined SLAs.

  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, regional HR legislation, compliance standards, and employment laws.

  5. Collaborate with global teams to manage employee mobility, visa processes, and cross-border compliance.

  6. Contribute to the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

  7. Analyze service delivery metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for operational improvement.

  8. Partner with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to support HR programs aligned with business objectives.

  9. Implement local HR initiatives and support the launch of global programs when required.

  10. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

  11. Assist with regional payroll administration and related reporting activities.

  12. Provide support on additional HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in HR

  • MS Office Suite, Workday, Service Now



Pay Details: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
