As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll work directly with individuals who need support after experiencing equipment issues. You’ll guide them through a resolution process with empathy and professionalism—no scripts, no timed calls, just meaningful conversations and real problem-solving.

Role: On- Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage damage claims for equipment with empathy and efficiency

  • Communicate with customers with an empathetic ear

  • Provide cost-effective, timely, and compassionate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude

  • Computer literacy and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
