As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll work directly with individuals who need support after experiencing equipment issues. You’ll guide them through a resolution process with empathy and professionalism—no scripts, no timed calls, just meaningful conversations and real problem-solving.
Role: On- Site

Key Responsibilities:
Manage damage claims for equipment with empathy and efficiency
Communicate with customers with an empathetic ear
Provide cost-effective, timely, and compassionate solutions
Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently
Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude
Computer literacy and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow
