Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Location: Vernon, CA

Job Type: Temporary to hire

Job Description: Our client, a food and beverage company located in Vernon CA. seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timekeeping, processing multistate payroll, and assisting employees with payroll-related questions.

This job is paying $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate timekeeping records for all employees.

  • Process multistate payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Assist employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excel savvy

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
