LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
Process and record invoices and transactions with both customers and suppliers.
Verify and match invoices to purchase orders, ensuring accuracy.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Maintain vendor files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
Assist in month-end closing activities.
Qualifications
Prior experience in an accounts payable role is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
