The Talent Acquisition Specialist can expect to be working in a fast paced and on-site environment, conducting interviews as well as handling all steps of the hiring process. Responsibilities:
- Usage of an applicant tracking system in addition to hiring tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conducting a high volume of interviews
- Extending job offers and negotiating salaries
- Working with the HR team to conduct the Onboarding Process
- Following and analyzing background check and drug testing results
Experience:
- Two years of prior experience
Employment Type:
- Contract to hire
Compensation:
- $26.00 to $29.00 an hour
Work Hours:
- Full time 40 hours per week, on-site
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
