LHH seeks a Revenue Cycle Supervisor in Wailuku, HI, with a focus on long-term care and hospital physician billing. The Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee the customer relations team, manage medical refunds, and perform auditing tasks. This role is onsite
Responsibilities:
Manage and process medical refunds accurately and efficiently.
Perform detailed auditing tasks using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all auditing processes.
Supervise and support customer relations staff.
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.
Specialize in long-term care and hospital physician billing processes.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
A minimum of 3 years with an analytical background in medical reimbursement and auditing, specifically in long-term care and hospital physician billing.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with Epic.
Thorough understanding of contracts and fee schedules.
Must understand the entire denial process.
Knowledge of internal and external audits.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent time management skills.
Onsite | Monday to Friday | Relocation Assistance is NOT available
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
