Summary: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s finance department. Your primary responsibility will be the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately review, code, and process invoices for payment in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies and address payment-related inquiries.
  • Verify and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Enter financial transactions into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare and execute weekly/monthly payment runs through various payment methods, such as checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records, including filing and documentation of payment approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations in all accounts payable processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

  • Compensation: $20/hr
  • Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
