LHH is seeking an experienced payroll coordinator for our long-time client in Walnut Creek! As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Responsibilities:

  • process payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
  • compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • and update employee payroll records.
  • payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
  • and submit payroll reports.
  • with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
  • in year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing.

Qualifications:

  • degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • with ADP Workforce Now is required.
  • understanding of payroll practices and regulations.
  • attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • communication and interpersonal skills.
