Job Title: Community Manager
Location: Onsite in Warrenton, Oregon
Duration: Contract (1-3 months) with potential for permanent hire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience


Job Summary: LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's affordable housing apartment building in Warrenton, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment for residents. This role is initially a 1-3 month contract with the possibility of permanent hire.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Property Management: Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Leasing and Marketing: Manage leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budget preparation, rent collection, and financial reporting.
  • Community Engagement: Organize and promote community events and activities to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to affordable housing.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of affordable housing regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
