Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting patients over the phone.

• Provide excellent customer service with empathy.

Experience:

• Prefer 2 years of experience in customer service with a background in healthcare.

• Experience with Epic is needed.

• High School Diploma required.

Employment Type: Contract with possibility to extend or convert to permanent position

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm with 1 day off between Tues-Thurs and work Sat 8am-12pm.
