Executive Assistant
LHH is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting our association’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, and preparation of materials for board meetings and other events.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and office space.
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for association events, including conferences, workshops, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a trade association or non-profit organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, board members, and external partners.
- Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
