Administrative Assistant
LHH is seeking an administrative professional for a temporary position in downtown DC. The ideal candidate will have traditional administrative experience and be available immediately. This is a full-time position and requires you to come into the office on 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative needs, including handling incoming calls, creating/maintaining files, mail, and database entry
  • Provide administrative support with executive’s calendar
  • Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations
  • Coordinate travel when needed
  • Ability to manage and work on projects simultaneously while working with stakeholders on day-to-day needs and updates
  • Assist the Meetings team with creating events
  • Support monthly financial preparation and year-end audit items and reconciliations
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Conduct monthly supplies inventory and maintain the inventory log
  • Manage office equipment and request services as needed
  • Other duties as requested
Requirements
  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience required
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A great attitude with a ‘get-it-done’ mentality
  • Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, members, and external contacts


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
